Job Summary

The Opportunity: 

The Senior Manager of Finance Transformation will serve as a key architect and change leader for Mattels global Record-to-Report (R2R) Order to Cash (O2C) Requisition to Pay (R2P) and Plan-to-Perform (P2P) processes and systems. This role drives enterprise-scale optimization by designing and operationalizing standardized end-to-end business processes enhancing system capabilities and enabling high-performance execution across the finance ecosystem. This leader will also design and execute the Finance Data Governance Program. The ideal leader brings deep Oracle Cloud Finance expertise paired with a strong transformation mindset to orchestrate processes technology and organizational alignment.

What Your Impact Will Be: 

Strategic Process Ownership & Transformation

  • Own the global record-to-Report (R2R) Order to Cash (O2C) Requisition to Pay (R2P) and Plan-to-Perform (P2P) processes and systems. system and process architecture ensuring a scalable standardized and future-fit operating model.
  • Lead the development harmonization and continuous improvement of end-to-end global business processes that enhance control efficiency and data integrity.
  • Drive alignment between global process designs regional variations and cross-functional business requirements.
  • Design and Execute the Finance Data Governance Program.

Oracle Cloud Finance Leadership

  • Serve as the enterprise Subject Matter Expert across Oracle Cloud Finance modules with deep functional command of GL FA CM AP AR Projects and related integrations.
  • Lead application support release management configuration governance and roadmap planning for Oracle Cloud within the finance domain.
  • Assess interpret and proactively communicate the business impact of system changes new functionality and cross-module dependencies.

Change Enablement & Stakeholder Engagement

  • Partner with global process owners functional leaders and IT to drive adoption of redesigned processes and system enhancements.
  • Translate complex system changes into business-ready narratives ensuring clarity for executive teams and regional finance organizations.
  • Champion a data-driven culture that emphasizes strong controls consistent reporting frameworks and integrated planning capabilities.

Operational Excellence & Governance

  • Establish and manage frameworks for process governance performance tracking and KPI-based continuous improvement.
  • Oversee issue resolution root-cause analysis and mitigation strategies related to global finance processes and Oracle Cloud functionality.
  • Ensure alignment with compliance audit SOX and internal control requirements across the finance technology stack.

Leadership & Team Development

  • Lead and mentor a high-impact team responsible for global process design application support and solution delivery.
  • Build strong partnerships across Finance IT Shared Services and Transformation teams to execute a cohesive improvement agenda.
  • Promote a culture of innovation agility and proactive problem-solving across the global finance organization.

Qualifications :

What Were Looking For:

  • 10 years of progressive experience in finance transformation shared services or ERP-driven process optimization.
  • Deep hands-on expertise with Oracle Cloud Finance modules and their end-to-end business process implications.
  • Demonstrated leadership in global process design harmonization and technology-enabled transformation.
  • Strong executive communication skills with the ability to influence senior stakeholders and simplify complex concepts.
  • Experience leading high-performing teams in a global matrixed environment.
  • CPA CMA or MBA preferred but not required.
