Job Description:
As Employee #1 you will spearhead the transition from agency-built MVP to in-house development for a platform revolutionizing student career networking. You will own the technical roadmap building complex visualization engines and AI recommendation systems to help students navigate their professional futures. This is a high-impact role preparing for a seed round.

What you will do:

• Take full ownership of the tech stack including React and graph databases like Neo4j.

• Architect and build a proprietary network visualization engine and an AI-powered recommendation system.

• Transition the product from an external agency to an internal powerhouse while scaling the engineering infrastructure.

The ideal candidate:

• 3-5 years of full-stack experience with a track record of shipping successful consumer-facing products.

• Deep technical expertise in React/ and data-heavy applications using or graph databases.

• Entrepreneurial mindset comfortable with the ambiguity of a pre-seed pre-product environment.
