What Youll Be Doing
- Lead maintenance operations to ensure safe reliable and efficient fleet and plant performance
- Drive preventive and predictive maintenance strategies to reduce downtime and improve equipment reliability
- Coach develop and support maintenance team members to strengthen skills and accountability
- Partner with operations to identify improvement opportunities and resolve equipment issues
- Manage maintenance planning budgets parts inventory and external service providers
What Are We Looking For
- Strong technical knowledge of mechanical and electrical maintenance in an industrial setting
- Demonstrated ability to lead teams and drive performance through collaboration and accountability
- Proven problemsolving skills with a focus on safety quality and continuous improvement
- Effective communication skills across operations leadership and support functions
- Ability to prioritize plan and execute maintenance activities in a dynamic environment
Physical Demands
- Ability to stand walk climb bend and kneel for extended periods during inspections and maintenance activities
- Capability to lift push pull or carry materials and equipment with reasonable accommodation
- Ability to work at heights in confined spaces and around moving equipment while following safety requirements
- Visual auditory and communication ability to safely perform job duties and respond to operational conditions
- Capacity to wear required personal protective equipment (PPE) for extended periods
Education
- Technical certifications or specialized training in maintenance reliability or safety are valued
- Ongoing learning mindset with the ability to apply technical knowledge to improve equipment reliability and team performance
Work Environment
Role operates primarily in environments where the conditions include moving mechanical equipment inclement weather heat cold humidity and elevated noise level.
