Heidelberg Materials is one of the worlds largest suppliers of building materials. Heidelberg Materials North America operates over 450 locations across the U.S. and Canada with approximately 9000 employees.
What Youll Be Doing
- Operate and monitor plant equipment machinery and control systems.
- Perform routine equipment checks inspections and adjustments.
- Record accurate production and process data throughout the shift.
- Troubleshoot basic equipment issues and support maintenance activities.
- Conduct quality checks and ensure products meet specifications.
- Maintain a clean safe and organized work area following 5S standards.
- Follow all safety procedures policies and environmental regulations.
- Communicate effectively with supervisors maintenance and team members during shift changeovers.
What We Are Looking For
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED).
- Experience in a manufacturing industrial or processing environment.
- Ability to follow established procedures and read gauges/instruments.
- Strong attention to detail and situational awareness.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work on feet for extended periods
Work Environment
- Role operates primarily in environments where the conditions include moving mechanical equipment inclement weather heat cold humidity and elevated noise level.
