Job Summary
We are seeking a highly organized and efficient On Site Lead to join our team in Mason Ohio. As the On Site Lead you will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day operations ensuring project timelines are met and maintaining a safe work environment.
- Coordinate and supervise on-site activities including worker assignments and task prioritization
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations company policies and industry standards
- Perform regular building walk-throughs and inspections.
- Providing orientation and oversee the training of new employees.
- Assist Management in writing employee reviews and disciplinary write ups.
- Replenish supplies
- Maintain and repair equipment
- Fill in for absent employees.
- Collaborate with upper management to ensure smooth project execution
- Maintain accurate records of site activities progress reports and incident reports
- Implement and enforce safety protocols to minimize workplace hazards
- Provide leadership and guidance to on-site team members fostering a positive work environment
- Troubleshoot and resolve on-site issues as they arise taking decisive actions when necessary
Monday thru Friday 2pm- 10pm occassional weekends may be required.
Rate of Pay $18-$20hr. Paid bi-weekly.

Qualifications :
- Proven experience as an On Site Lead in the Facilities Management/Janitorial industry
- Ability to Provide supervison and training of new employees as well as give daily direction and work lists.
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Must be able to work without supervis
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and decision-making capabilities
- Outstanding communication skills both verbal and written
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational abilities
- A sense of urgency to complete tasks.
- Total knowledge of commercial cleaning hard floor care carpet care upholstery cleaning carpet spotting and window washing.
- Flexibility to work extended hours when required including weekends and holidays
Clean Criminal Background and Reliable Transportation Required.
