If you love bringing order to history creating systems that last and turning collections into accessible stories youll love building a brand-new institutional archive at CWI.
This is a unique opportunity to help lay the foundation for an emerging archive at a dynamic and growing community college. Working closely with the Assistant Director of Library Services and the Collection Management Librarian youll assess organize and describe materials that capture the story of CWIwhile establishing scalable practices that will guide the archive into the future.
If you enjoy evaluating materials for historical value developing workflows that make sense and creating structure where none yet exists this role offers meaningful hands-on archival work with visible impact.

Key Responsibilities:
Establish Foundational Archival Processing and Organization Practices
Develop and Document Core Archival Policies and Workflows

What Were Looking For:
Masters degree in library science or history or related advanced degree.
Archival experience
Strong communication skills
Experience with Preservica or similar platforms preferred but not required
