Job Summary

St. Anns Catholic School is located in Quesnel BC. The school enrolls approximately 120 students from Kindergarten to Grade 8. For the 2025 - 2026 school year we are seeking a skilled qualified candidate to join our team as a 0.4 FTE Prep Relief teacher. This position commences September 1 2026 and concludes June 30 2027.

Preference will be given to candidates who possess:

active membership in a Catholic parish
commitment to excellence in Catholic education
Aptitude to differentiate instruction based on student needs
Knowledge of current instructional practices and the renewed curriculum
Experience using innovative teaching methods in both primary and intermediate classrooms that may include remote learning experiences
Well-versed in the ability to integrate Catholic culture in the classroom
Demonstrated ability to use a variety of current instructional strategies and assessment methods;
Excellent and proven classroom management skills
Exceptional communication strategies with students staff and parents.

a valid TRB certification
