Onsite HOA/Community Maintenance Technician Downtown Portland
- This position reports to a specific HOA/Condominium community in the Portland metro area on a daily basis.
- Perform regular inspections and repairs of common areas facilities equipment and recreational areas. Ensure cleanliness safety and proper functioning. Coordinate with contractors for major repairs or renovations.
- Respond to maintenance requests promptly and collaborate with management to address community concerns. Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities repairs and inventory.
- Coordinate with vendors to schedule and oversee facility repairs ensuring timely and satisfactory completion of maintenance tasks.
- Perform seasonal maintenance duties.
- Handle administrative tasks such as maintaining records and ordering supplies.
Qualifications for Maintenance Technician Positions:
- Minimum 1 year of experience in property management maintenance.
- Knowledge of one or more of the following building systems: electrical plumbing HVAC pool/spa mechanical systems.
- Ability to respond to after-hours maintenance emergencies.
- Ability to participate in On-Call rotation if applicable.
- Strong interpersonal communication skills.
- Ability to operate maintenance tools and equipment safely.
- Ability to lift heavy objects climb ladders and perform manual labor.
- A valid drivers license and active insurance. Reliable transportation.
