Community Construction Group LLC. is seeking exceptional Construction Superintendents to join our team! As a General Contractor licensed throughout the Southeast we specialize in the construction renovation and restoration of multi-family properties. We pride ourselves on being a trusted partner to our clients providing world-class service and unmatched expertise in the construction industry.

What youll be doing:
- Perform and oversee specified scope of work.
- Travel to project sites throughout the Southeast.
- Work with project management in the timely completion of construction projects.
- Maintain effective communication with clients suppliers and subcontractors.
- Assist with obtaining necessary permits and verify licenses insurance certificates and reports necessary for commencement of division projects.
- Review plans specifications submittals RFIs and subcontracts to ensure the work performed complies with the project documents.
- Create daily construction reports in Project Management software (Procore).
- Assist in the collection and execution of required close-out documents.
- Work with leadership to monitor and improve systems and procedures.
- Complete all tasks according to assigned schedule while delivering high-quality work products.
What you need to succeed:
- Ability to travel is REQUIRED
- Multifamily new construction experience a plus
- Relevant work experience in the construction industry is required. Multifamily renovation experience is a plus.
- Ability to maintain construction schedule and manage project costs according to budget for each project.
- Must be self-motivated detail-oriented and willing to work in a fast-paced dynamic environment.
- Must work well independently or in a team environment.
- Excellent communication (verbal and written) time management organizational and problem-solving skills required.
