Job Summary
- Support our Chief of Staff and CEO Office in their daily work working closely with our Founders and management
- Support annual planning and strategy processes and documentation thereof
- Support with the development implementation and maintenance of new management and governance documentation and reporting in line with regulatory requirements
- Support with drafting and updating of internal documentation and preparation of presentations for management
- Support with financial analyses and business analytics tasks
- Work closely with various stakeholders and functions across Scalable by providing templates and guidance on deliverables
Qualifications :
- You are studying towards a degree in Business Administration Law Finance Management or related field
- First experience in project management activities
- Eagerness to learn about the German regulatory landscape
- Ability to work detail-oriented in a fast-paced environment
- Enthusiastic to learn about entrepreneurship and take on new challenges
- Strong communication skills in English and German both spoken and written.
- Minimum duration of the internship: 6 Months
