Job Summary

Strategy Governance & Portfolio Steering

  • Define and continuously develop the group-wide CREM strategy governance framework and standards

  • Manage and optimize the global real estate portfolio with a strong focus on capital efficiency de-investments and operational necessity

  • Establish uniform approval decision and steering processes across divisions and regions

Transactions & Site Development

  • Identify assess and execute real estate transactions (acquisitions disposals leases subleases)

  • Lead site and market analyses business cases and negotiations in close alignment with divisions and regions

Projects & Development Oversight

  • Provide central oversight for major construction and development projects

  • Ensure delivery in terms of quality cost schedule and ESG compliance across the full lifecycle

Standards ESG & Compliance

  • Establish global standards for space construction workplaces and facility management

  • Integrate ESG targets occupational safety and security requirements into transactions and projects

Digitalization & Transparency

  • Own CREM reporting and data transparency

  • Develop Power BI as the interim solution and co-shape MS Fabric as the target architecture with IT

  • Ensure data quality system interfaces and a reliable KPI cockpit

Organization & Stakeholder Management

  • Build and lead a high-performing scalable CREM organization

  • Act as a key interface to Executive Boards regions central functions and external partners


Qualifications :

  • Degree in real estate economics civil engineering industrial engineering or a comparable field

  • 10 years of experience in corporate real estate transactions or project development ideally in an international environment

  • Strong experience in governance stakeholder management and negotiations at senior level

  • Proven track record in building and leading teams

  • Experience in transformation and digitalization initiatives (e.g. reporting BI data platforms)

  • Fluent in German and English

  • Willingness to travel internationally

A salary in line with the market is offered for this position which is based on the specific qualification and adequate professional experience.

We are required by law to state a minimum salary. The minimum annual gross salary for this position is 52345 according to the collective agreement (woodworking industry).
