Job Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Site Engineer- Signal to join our team in Kolkata this role you will be responsible for overseeing the design implementation and maintenance of railway signaling systems ensuring safe and efficient train operations.
- Design and implement railway signaling systems adhering to safety regulations and industry standards
- Conduct site surveys and assessments to determine signaling requirements and constraints
- Develop and review technical drawings and specifications using AutoCAD or similar CAD software
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of signaling systems with other railway infrastructure
- Troubleshoot and resolve signaling issues minimizing downtime and ensuring optimal system performance
- Prepare detailed technical reports and documentation for project stakeholders
- Manage project timelines budgets and resources efficiently
- Stay updated on the latest advancements in railway signaling technology and safety standards
- Collaborate with contractors and suppliers to ensure quality and timely delivery of signaling equipment
- Conduct regular inspections and maintenance of signaling systems to ensure compliance with safety regulations
Qualifications :
- Diploma Degree in Electronics/Electronics & Communication/Electrical /Electrical & Electronics/ Electrical & Instrumentation Engineering
- Total experience of 4 years & having at least 2 years experience in railway signaling works.
