Sustainability & Hygiene Supervisor
Job Summary
The Hygiene & Sustainability Supervisor is responsible for supporting and monitoring hygiene sanitation food safety and sustainability practices across hotel operations. This role ensures full compliance with brand standards local regulations and international hygiene and sustainability requirements while promoting a culture of cleanliness safety environmental responsibility and continuous improvement.
Qualifications :
- Bachelors degree in Environmental Science Food Safety Hospitality Management or related field.
- Minimum 24 years of experience in hygiene quality assurance sustainability or food safety within hospitality or food service.
- Experience in luxury or upscale hospitality environments is an advantage.
- Knowledge of HACCP GMP ISO standards and local health regulations.
- Ability to lead cross-functional teams and drive culture change.
