Job Summary
- Preparation and maintenance of project governance and administration documentation
- Track project progress and provide regular reports on project status to project team and key stakeholders
- To produce meeting minutes agendas and monthly reports
- Support design management and procurement activities.
- Support stakeholder consultation
- Communicate effectively with all project stakeholders
- T&T safety on projects checklist to ensure compliance
- To assist the Project Manager and Project Director with tasks such as; cost reporting program service provider performance monitoring risk register updates quality assurance etc
- Tender research collating potential bid work
- Assistance with bids for future work in the region including bid plans and liaison with the risk team.
Qualifications :
- A recognised Degree or equivalent qualification relating to a technical field: Construction Management or Project Management Engineering Architecture Cost Management or relatable trade experience
- 3- 5 years project management experience (ideally client side/consulting)
- Must be able to work within a large team environment and bring growth mindset.
- Ability to thrive in a high pressure fast paced environment.
- Excellent command of written and spoken English with excellent report and writing skills
- Must be able to be involved in general office assistance
- Must be able to fit into a small team environment and bring a growth mindset
- Retail project experience is ideal.
