Job Summary
Key Responsibilities:
- Implement merchandising standards and ensure proper product placement in retail outlets.
- Monitor stock levels and coordinate replenishment to avoid stock shortages.
- Ensure compliance with planograms and brand guidelines.
- Conduct regular store visits to assess execution quality and competitor activity.
- Support promotional campaigns activations and product launches.
- Maintain strong relationships with store managers and retail partners.
- Prepare structured field reports highlighting performance insights and improvement areas.
- Provide market feedback to sales and management teams.
Qualifications :
Qualifications & Requirements
- 25 years of experience in merchandising retail execution or FMCG distribution.
- Strong understanding of the Qatari retail market (modern trade & traditional trade).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and reporting abilities.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple store visits.
- Bachelors degree in Business Administration Marketing or a related field (preferred).
- Valid driving license (preferred).
