As an Assistant Infant Teacher you will:
- Support the Lead Infant Teacher as a caregiver to our little ones.
- Help infants develop their fine motor skills.
- Maintain feeding sleeping and diaper changing schedules.
- Implement a curriculum that promotes cognitive social and emotional development.
- Create relationships with parents and provide support through daily interactions and communication.
- Uphold the rules and regulations of Lightbridge Academy and governmental regulatory agencies about childrens care health and safety.
- Support an engaging work environment by learning collaborating and building co-worker relationships.

- Prior experience in childcare and working with infants preferred
- Organization time management and multi-tasking skills
