LBG Leeding Builders Group a premier builder in New York City has an exciting opportunity for a Marketing Specialist II. This position will report to the LBG HQ in Midtown Manhattan.
We are seeking a results-driven Marketing Specialist II to help shape deliver and elevate our brand and marketing this role you will play a key part in strengthening brand awareness supporting business growth and driving meaningful engagement with clients and stakeholders.
You will develop and execute integrated marketing initiatives using a wide range of tools and channels ensuring our brand is consistently represented and aligned with business objectives. This position is ideal for a strategic marketer who enjoys balancing creativity with data-driven decision-making.
PURSUITS & PROPOSALS
- Coordinate the Companys efforts to respond to RFQs/RFPs for new projects and engagements.
- Review submission requirements for Request for Qualifications (RFQs) and Requests for Proposals (RFPs) and develop strategy for how best to present the Companys experience and credentials.
- Proactively gather materials from project team and technicals services department. Write edit and coordinate proposal content ensuring compliance with client requirements.
- Prepare and layout content in InDesign and produce hard copies if required.
- Develop PowerPoint presentations used by the Company as a visual aid during interviews
DIGITAL FOOTPRINT
- Regularly develop content and post to the Companys social media channels.
- Remain appraised of the most current and most applicable social media platforms for use by the Company in consideration of client mix geography and intended audience.
- Maintain the companys website (hosted by Wix) including the addition of new project pages.
EXTERNAL PROMOTION
- Creates marketing plans for specific campaigns identifying suitable channels and tactics.
- Prepare submissions for industry competitions (e.g. Engineering News Record (ENR) Associated Builders and Contractors (ABC) Professional Women in Construction (PWC) etc.).
- Monitor industry publications (e.g. The Real Deal Crains New York Business Commercial Observer YIMBY ENR etc.) for content mentioning the Company to use for internal and external publicity.
- Create advertisements for industry publications and events.
INTERNAL PROMOTION & EMPLOYEE ENGAGEMENT
- Champion a quarterly Company newsletter including the development of content through interviews with employees reporting on recent achievements and development of other content intended to promote the company and foster employee engagement.
- Lead efforts to promote the Companys achievements at the main office including but not limited to selecting project photos to display and coordination the production and hanging of same.
INDUSTRY ENGAGEMENT
- Coordinate with industry group marketing plans and campaign efforts (e.g. The Real Estate Board of New York (REBNY) Associated Builders and Contractors (ABC) etc.).
- Identified appropriate opportunities to attend industry events and secure speaking engagements.
DATABASE MANAGEMENT
- Develop a well-organized library of frequently used Company content (e.g. narratives project descriptions resumes project photos) and update regularly.
- Enter update and maintain pursuit data in the AECOMs database of record (i.e. Salesforce Lighting) in a timely manner.
EVENT COORDINATION
- Assist with the organization and professional execution of company events including coordination with Company administrative staff and third-party vendors.
- Oversee the organization and execution of topping out ceremonies including the selection of vendors (e.g. catering audio visual photography branded gear etc.).
- Assist with operations leadership and human resources with the Companys participation in university career fairs including the development of collateral and other promotional material.
BUSINESS STRATEGY & GROWTH
- Research potential new clients in support of pursuit capture activities.
- Assist with the marketing plan and positioning for entry into geographies and market sectors.
GRAPHIC & CREATIVE WORK
- Create graphics for use in social media proposals website etc.

Qualifications :
Minimum Requirements:
- BA/BS Marketing Business Administration Journalism or similar curriculum and 2 years of experience in marketing or demonstrated equivalency of experience and/or education.
- Proficient in InDesign Illustrator Photoshop PowerPoint Excel.
Preferred Qualifications:
- BA/BS in Journalism English Communications Marketing or a related field
- 2 years of relevant proposal writing experience a plus
- Prior experience in the construction industry strongly preferred
- Organizational and administrative skills including the ability to manage and complete varied work tasks on schedule
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills; ability to write and edit proposal materials
- Experience with graphic design and layout.
