Job Summary
Hours: Full Time- 35 Hours

The NYC Department of Design and Construction Safety & Site Support Division seeks a Junior CADD Technician. Under the direct supervision of the Chief of CADD the Junior CADD Technician will be responsible for producing various Land Survey Map deliverables for DDC capital construction projects including Topographical/Property Line Highway/Sewer Plan and Profile maps using AutoCAD and Carlson or Civil 3D applications. The Junior CADD Technician will also maintain CADD standards and templates across all deliverables assist with basic survey calculations review all completed maps for accuracy completeness and coordinate with field unit when clarification is needed.

PROJECT MANAGER INTERN# - 22425
Qualifications :
1. A baccalaureate degree from an accredited college or university in engineering engineering technology architecture landscape architecture architectural technology construction construction management construction technology sustainable design urban planning urban studies city planning transportation planning business administration or public administration; or
2. A masters degree in architecture that is the first professional degree in architecture from an accredited college or university.
