Job Summary
What youll do
You will be supporting a young boy with complex clinical needs in a 1:1 night-time care package within his family home. Your role will focus on monitoring and maintaining his safety comfort and wellbeing throughout the night while providing calm reassuring support.
This is a highly rewarding role suited to a confident caring and engaging care professional who can help put a child at ease and make a real difference to his daily life. Its an excellent opportunity to develop your skills and join us as a Complex Care Assistant.
Key responsibilities include:
- Tracheostomy care
- PEG care
- Ventilator management

You dont need any social care experience to apply for this role. Were more interested in your compassion and ability to care. Youll need to be resilient and willing to learn new skills and develop your knowledge as part of a close-knit team.
