Job Summary

An established and busy practice in Dyce is looking to welcome an Optometrist to its clinical team. This is an excellent opportunity to work in a well-supported environment with a varied and engaging clinical workload modern equipment and a strong focus on patient care.

The practice operates Monday to Sunday and typically runs double testing one to three times per week offering a good balance of teamwork and clinical exposure.

About the practice and role:

Opportunities for full-time or part-time roles
Busy branch with 79 clinics per week
Regular double testing typically 13 times per week
One dedicated audiology clinic per week
One dedicated CLO clinic per week
Wide variety of appointments including routine eye tests OCT-enhanced exams emergency appointments myopia management and contact lens clinics
Approximately 12 appointments per clinic aiming for 9 primary eye examinations
Generous testing times of 3040 minutes for sight tests and 20 minutes for contact lens checks
Two fully equipped test rooms plus a dedicated clinical and pre-testing room
Clinical equipment includes a Topcon 3D OCT-1 and Henson 9000 Visual Field Analyser

You will be supported by a strong in-branch team of five front-of-house colleagues including a Contact Lens Specialist Customer Care Assistants and a full-time Branch Manager ensuring a smooth and well-organised clinic.
