负责矿用无人驾驶系统后台调度模块的开发与优化涵盖任务解析与拆分实时车辆动态分配路径规划交通调度管理紧急处理调度等确保无人驾驶系统在复杂工况下实现高效低延时安全运行
主要职责
任务解析与拆分根据生产计划和作业需求将运输任务进行分解并分配至车辆
实时车辆动态分配基于车辆状态位置和作业优先级实现动态调度与资源优化
路径规划与效率优化
o 基于数字地图进行运输路径规划确保装载区卸载区路径高效合理
o 与自动驾驶车辆团队协作保证生成的路径自动驾驶车辆能够丝滑无延时运行
o 持续优化调度算法降低延时提高整体运输效率
辅助车辆调度与提醒实现辅助车辆如装载机推土机洒水车等作业调度与提醒保障协同作业
自动卡车导航与控制协同实时参与无人卡车导航与控制确保调度与控制系统联动
交通调度管理与紧急处理
o 管理矿区交通流避免拥堵与冲突
o 处理车辆故障紧急避让等特殊调度场景保障安全
系统优化与迭代基于数据分析持续改进调度策略提升系统稳定性与运营效率
任职资格
学历与专业本科及以上计算机科学软件工程自动化或相关专业
经验要求
o 36 年调度系统或后台系统开发经验有无人驾驶或智能交通项目经验优先
技术能力
o 精通调度算法路径规划算法熟悉图搜索优化算法DijkstraA*动态规划等
o 熟悉数字地图GIS 技术具备实时系统开发经验
o 掌握 Java/C/Python 等编程语言熟悉分布式系统架构与高并发处理
通用能力良好的跨团队沟通能力问题分析与解决能力能适应矿区现场调试
加分项
有矿山无人驾驶调度系统或工业自动化调度经验
熟悉交通流建模数字孪生技术实时调度优化
有高可用系统设计与性能调优经验
