Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Business Development to manage the relationship with a portfolio of Chinese clients that operate in Brazil. This role focuses on building strong relationships identifying new business opportunities within the existing client base and prospecting new points of contact in potential clients in the portfolio. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills a proactive approach to open new opportunities and a passion for delivering value to clients. 

Key Responsibilities: 

  • Manage and nurture relationships with clients in an assigned portfolio. (e.g. 
  • Shopee Didi TikTok Shein Temu and Ant Group) 
  • Conduct regular follow-ups and meetings to understand client needs and ensure satisfaction. 
  • Analyzing business operations and strategies to Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities within the portfolio. 
  • Identifying sales deals and align strategies with commercial teams in Brazil. 
  • Stay updated on industry trends competitor activities and market conditions. 

Qualifications :

  • Bachelors degree in Business Marketing Economics International Business or a related field.
  • Experience in Business Development Account Management Client Partnerships or similar roles in technology digital platforms fintech data analytics or enterprise solutions.
  • Strong capability to manage strategic client relationships conduct business reviews and identify commercial opportunities within an existing portfolio.
  • Proven ability in opportunity scouting including upselling crossselling solution mapping and stakeholder engagement.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills with fluency in English; additional languages are a plus depending on regional collaboration needs.
  • Experience working with crossfunctional and geographically distributed teams ensuring effective coordination and knowledge-sharing.
