We are currently offering an opportunity for a highly motivated and enthusiastic individual to join us in starting something remarkable as a Smart Start Bosch Production Systems (BPS) Engineer.
The role is based at Bursa Bosch Brake Systems Plant.
Your contribution to something big:
- Support Industrial Engineering efforts by leveraging data collection and analysis to drive process improvement
- Contribute to lean activities productivity calculations time studies workflow and ergonomic analysis
- Conduct detailed cycle time (CT) and loss analyses and contribute to efficiency and CT improvement projects
- Actively contribute to continuous improvement projects and engineering initiatives
- Tracking projects implemented in the factory
Qualifications :
- 3rd or 4th year Bachelor or Master student of Engineering disciplines (Industrial preferred)
- Being a student for min. 11 months continuously
- Minimum 3 full days attendance is required
- Very good command in English
- Proficient in Microsoft Office especially Excel and PowerPoint
- SAP and Power BI Knowledge are a plus
- Good communication and team working skills
- Eager to learn and able to work under pressure
- Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills; proactive and positive mindset
- Basic Knowledge about the automotive industry and serial production
