Housekeeping All-Rounder
As a Housekeeping All-Rounder you will uphold exceptional standards of cleanliness and presentation across guest rooms and public areas. Your attention to detail and commitment to quality play a key role in delivering a comfortable inviting environment that enhances the overall guest experience.
What you will be doing:
- Cleaning and servicing guest rooms corridors storage areas and public spaces to the highest presentation and hygiene standards ensuring all amenities and supplies are replenished correctly.
- Supporting the housekeeping operation through linen distribution stock control laundry coordination equipment maintenance and assisting with heavy lifting tasks such as rollaway beds and cots.
- Managing uniform operations including distribution collection laundering minor repairs inventory control and coordinating with external laundry providers to ensure all uniforms are maintained to standard.
- Following hotel procedures to ensure the safe handling of equipment chemicals keys and guest property while promptly reporting maintenance issues lost property or any safety concerns.
Qualifications :
Your experience and skills include:
- A warm and caring personality with previous housekeeping experience preferred particularly within a hotel environment.
- The ability to anticipate guest needs maintain professionalism at all times and deliver a welcoming and service-focused approach.
- Exceptional attention to detail ensuring all rooms and areas are presented to the highest standard.
- A positive attitude strong work ethic and willingness to support the wider team.
- Excellent organisational skills and time management with the ability to prioritise tasks and meet required timeframes.
