Job Summary
As a Food & Beverage Attendant you will be the face of our dining venues and play a vital role in delivering warm efficient and memorable service to our guests. Your passion for hospitality will help create exceptional experiences across our restaurant bar café and event operations.
Key responsibilities:
- Welcome and seat guests ensuring a positive first impression.
- Take food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently.
- Deliver meals and beverages with professionalism and attention to detail.
- Prepare basic beverages and assist with bar duties as required.
- Clear tables reset settings and maintain cleanliness across the venue.
- Assist in the setup running and packdown of conferences and events.
- Process payments and operate POS systems accurately.
- Follow safe food handling hygiene and RSA policies.
- Provide friendly assistance to all guests anticipating their needs.
- Coordinate with Kitchen team to maintain menu quality and consistency
- Handle guest inquiries special requests and resolve any issues promptly and professionally
Qualifications :
You will thrive in this role if you have:
- Passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences with a positive customer-first mindset
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- The ability to work in a fastpaced environment
- A professional positive and teamfocused attitude
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
- Flexibility to work various shifts including nights weekends and event periods
- Previous F&B or hospitality experience (advantageous but not essential)
- A valid RSA certificate (required)
