About our Client Our client is a UK FMCG distributor built to help brands scale at pace backed by one of the most capable distribution engines in the UK. They currently supply independent retailers multi-site operators national accounts and wholesalers acrossa range of FMCG products.About the roleYou sit at the centre of sales operations and marketing running brands like a business and turning strategy into measurable growth.Purpose of the role- You own the internal delivery of an external brand within our clients structure
- You are the brands single point of contact and internal authority.
- Strategy is set by the brand andour clients leadership.
- You translate strategy into sales-ready execution.
- You are accountable for commercial performance inside our client
You are the operational owner of the brand within my clients organisationYou sit at the centre of:- Sales
- National Accounts
- Marketing Operations
- Design and Development
- Warehouse and Fulfilment
You drive momentum. You remove friction. You uphold standards.What you are responsible for- End-to-end delivery of the brand
- On-time product launches and commercial activations
- Alignment across telesales BDEs and National Accounts
- Enabling sales teams with clear priorities and tools
- Coordinating internal teams to deliver at pace
- Resolving issues before they impact performance
- If it affects brand performance you own it.
What success looks like- Sales teams are aligned and confident
- Launches land cleanly and on time
- Issues are resolved quickly
- Teams know exactly what is required
- Brand market share grows
The level we are hiring atThis is an autonomous operator role.You are expected to:- Take full ownership
- Make sound judgement calls
- Influence teams you do not manage
- Perform calmly under pressure
Experience we expect- Brand Commercial or Project Management experience
- Experience working with external brands or partners
- Background in FMCG wholesale or distribution
- Proven experience in sales-led environments
- Experience running complex cross-functional work
