Job Summary
Pre-assembly of components and products according to work instructions
Construction and configuration of customer-specific analysers and installation of sub-assemblies into analyser housings
Installation of electronic components following ESD Safety and Manufacturing electrical connections
Establishing gas connections such as tubing and piping by selecting appropriate materials and fittings ensuring secure and leak free installations.
Execution of long-term and temperature tests and performance verification of analysers
Creation of appropriate documentation
Preparing equipment for shipment by thoroughly inspecting and testing all components.

You build and implement plans that prioritise accurately and find common ground and acceptable alternatives that satisfy the needs of multiple partners. You accurately complete assignments when working with peers supervisors and customers to achieve Company objectives.
Adhering to health and safety laws
Experience with mechanical and electrical assembly
Experience within a manufacturing environment
Experience in working from diagrams and schematics
Problem solving skills
Meet Quality standards across all areas
- IT skills specifically Office 365
- Experience in gas analysis technology sector is an advantage
