Job Summary

Were looking for an ISP Team Leader to join our Telecommunications team in Canterbury. This is a permanent full-time role where youll split your time between leading a team and working on the tools.
Youll ensure your team delivers high-quality build provisioning and maintenance services meeting KPIs and customer expectations. This role involves supervising field activities fostering team development and maintaining compliance with company standards. Youll also take ownership of complex jobs and provide technical guidance where needed.

Youre an experienced telecommunications professional with strong leadership skills and a commitment to safety and quality. Youll bring:
- Proven experience in ISP or telecommunications field operations
- Ability to lead and motivate a team while maintaining hands-on technical capability
- Strong understanding of build provisioning and maintenance processes
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Commitment to Zero Harm and compliance with health safety and environmental standards
- A current Class 1 Drivers Licence
