We are seeking a Commercial Roofing Project Manager to oversee complex projects across the Carolinas and Virginia; but mainly in the Guilford Forsyth and Rockingham County areas. Manage the full lifecycle of multiple commercial roofing projects with a focus on technical accuracy.

Requirements:
What we look for in new team members-

Minimum 3 Years Commercial roofing experience
Strong work ethic
Valid Drivers License
Legally eligible to work in the United States
The selected candidate will be required to pass a criminal history background check.

Qualifications:

Proven experience in commercial roofing or construction project management.
A preference for technical data-heavy work over social-heavy roles.
Comfortable with a straightforward sometimes confrontational communication style when facts are at stake.
Ability to work independently in the field while adhering to company structure.
