ACaseManagerinteracts with customers/stakeholders in support of access and affordability programs managing complex reimbursement and other patient care challenges with autonomy and provides a positive customer experience.

ACaseManageris thought of as a subject matter expert. Together with others they manage one or more elements that contribute to the success of the program(s) within their designated specialization. You will work under immediate supervision ensure customer/stakeholder satisfaction by assisting researching and responding to questions inquiries and concerns providing proper information in a timely fashion and in a manner that promotes continued business. You will uncover and communicate insights obsess over the customer experience and make us smarter and faster to help patients get the medication they need to live healthy lives.

MinimumJobQualifications (Knowledge Skills& Abilities):
Education/Training:
High school diploma or equivalent
* Fluent in Spanish

Business Experience:
Typically requires 5 years of related experience.
Healthcare (Patient Journey) Experience
Insurance/ Reimbursement Benefits Proficiency
Pharmacy and/or Medical Benefit Structures
Nice to Have
Microsoft Office

Specialized Knowledge/Skills:
Mac iOS or Windows Operating Experience
Excellent communication skills
Flexible with schedule prioritizes getting thejobdone
Ability to remaincalm and agile in fast-paced evolving environment
Exemplifies a growth mindset and loves sharing knowledge
Working Conditions:
