We are seeking a Remote Cruise Consultant-Germany to support clients with vacation planning reservations and general travel-related inquiries. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys helping people is detail-oriented and wants a flexible opportunity within the travel industry.
You do not need prior travel experience training and support are provided.
Key Responsibilities

Assist clients with travel questions via email phone and online systems

Help process travel reservations and service requests

Provide accurate information on destinations accommodations and travel policies

Maintain clear and professional communication with clients

Follow established procedures to ensure a smooth customer experience

Document client interactions accurately in internal systems
Qualifications

Strong customer service and communication skills

Comfortable using a computer email and basic online tools

Organized reliable and able to follow instructions

Ability to work independently and meet deadlines

Prior customer service experience is helpful but not required
