Key Responsibilities:
- Multi-channel assistance: Support customers professionally through phone calls emails and live chat

Detailed documentation: Accurately record customer interactions and resolutions in internal systems

Performance & quality standards: Meet KPIs quality benchmarks and response-time targets

Requirements:
- Language Skills: Fluent in Danish (C2) and English (B2)
- EU citizenship or a Portuguese residency card
- Hands-on experience managing paid advertising campaigns
- A degree in Marketing or equivalent professional experience in digital marketing
- Strong analytical leadership and communication abilities
