The opportunity
Project Engineer with support to project team is responsible for the successful execution/delivery of assigned projects on time with budget with on quality & safety framework of Hitachi Energy.
How youll make an impact
- Ensure to Comply with HSE requirement and Hitachi working values.
- Prepare schedule coordinate and monitor the assigned projects.
- Monitor compliance with applicable codes practices QA/QC policies performance standards and specifications.
- Interact daily with the clients to interpret their needs and requirements.
- Perform overall quality control of the work (budget schedule plans personnels performance) and report regularly.
- Cooperate and communicate effectively with Head of Projects/Operation Manager and other project participants to provide and project updates.
- Review engineering deliverables and initiate appropriate corrective actions.
- Coordinate with SCM and FSM to assign the resources requirements.
- Ensure to deliver the project as per company KPI and assigned to him.
- Support the FSE and project team to deliver the service on time and on budget.
- Support for site activities and provide appropriate corrective actions for onsite issues.
- You will be responsible for ensuring compliance with applicable external and internal regulations procedures and guidelines.

Your background
- Bachelors degree in Electrical Engineering.
- Strong interpersonal communication team working skills combined with open-mindedness reliability and ability to work under pressure.
- Minimum 2-3 years experience in High Voltage Electrical Substations and projects managing.
- Able to establish good relationships with the customers.
- PMP certificate L6S certificate will be a plus.
- Proficiency in both spoken and written English and Arabic language is required.
