Key Responsibilities: - Greet and assist passengers at check-in counters departure gates and arrival areas. - Check boarding passes and travel documents to ensure they are valid and accurate. - Assist passengers with baggage check-in and collection. - Provide information and assistance to passengers regarding flight schedules delays and other travel-related inquiries. - Handle and resolve customer complaints and issues in a professional and timely manner. - Ensure compliance with airport security and safety regulations. - Collaborate with other airport staff and airlines to ensure a smooth and efficient operation. - Maintain a clean and organized work area. Requirements: - High school diploma or equivalent. - Excellent communication and customer service skills. - Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. - Willingness to work flexible schedules including weekends and holidays. - Physically fit and able to lift heavy baggage. - Previous experience in customer service or airport operations is an asset.
