What Youll Do
As a Technical Support Advisor you will be the first point of contact for our dealers and end users providing outstanding support and technical guidance:
Respond to phone and email inquiries in real-time delivering accurate and professional solutions
Troubleshoot technical issues and ensure timely resolution
Educate customers on product usage updates and best practices
Create and manage support tickets to track and resolve cases efficiently
Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex or escalated issues
Maintain accurate customer records and documentation in internal systems
Who Were Looking For
Our ideal candidate is a proactive customer-focused professional with a passion for delivering excellence:
Bilingual or proficient in German with advanced English skills
At least 2 years of experience in Customer Service or Technical Support
Strong customer care skills with the ability to listen understand and respond to customer needs
Ability to take ownership of cases drive them to resolution or escalate appropriately
Comfortable working in a fast-paced collaborative environment

Salary package: 20500 gross/year up to 2000 gross/year in bonus
