Key Responsibilities

Respond to customer inquiries via phone email and chat in Dutch French or Danish.
Provide accurate information about products services and processes.
Resolve customer issues promptly and professionally.
Maintain high standards of customer satisfaction and service quality.
Document and track customer interactions in the CRM system.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless customer support.

Requirements

Native or fluent speaker of Dutch French or Danish (spoken and written).
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Customer-oriented mindset with problem-solving abilities.
Ability to work effectively in a team and handle multiple tasks.
Previous experience in customer service is a plus.
Good command of English is preferred.
