- Act as the first line of support for clients via email chat and phone regarding their travel plans.
- Process booking modifications flight cancellations and special accommodation requests promptly.
- Troubleshoot travel-related issues in real-time to minimize client stress.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of travel requirements and destination protocols to advise clients accurately.
- Document all client interactions and updates in our internal systems.
Ideal Candidate
- Problem Solver: You remain calm under pressure and can think on your feet.
- Tech-Savvy: You are comfortable learning new booking platforms and working with remote communication tools.
- Communicator: Excellent written and verbal English skills are a must.
