- MBA / Post Graduate (preferred)
- 5 to 7 years of relevant experience in Customer Service / CX domain
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Hands-on experience with ServiceNow and Genesys AI solutions
- Proven ability to work with stakeholders to define and deliver end-to-end digital transformation roadmaps
- Willing to work ONSITE in BGC Taguig
