Key Responsibilities
- Assist clients with organizing and coordinating personalized plans
- Research compare and confirm reservation options
- Provide accurate information and thoughtful recommendations
- Communicate professionally via email phone and messaging platforms
- Manage updates changes and service-related concerns
- Maintain accurate client records and documentation
- Participate in training and team meetings
