We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Data Analyst to join our team. As a Data Analyst you will be responsible for analyzing and interpreting large sets of data to identify trends and insights that will inform our business decisions. You will work closely with our marketing sales and operations teams to provide data-driven recommendations and strategies to drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

- Collect organize and analyze large sets of data from multiple sources to identify patterns and trends

- Develop and maintain reports and dashboards to track key performance indicators and provide insights to stakeholders

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business needs and provide data-driven recommendations

- Identify opportunities for process improvement and optimization through data analysis

- Communicate complex data findings in a clear and concise manner to non-technical stakeholders

- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in data analysis and reporting

Qualifications:

- Bachelors degree in Data Analytics Statistics Mathematics or a related field

- 2 years of experience in a data analysis role preferably in a business or marketing setting

- Proficiency in SQL and data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret and draw insights from data

- Knowledge of statistical methods and data analysis techniques

- Excellent communication and presentation skills

- High attention to detail and accuracy

- Ability to work independently and in a team environment

- Passion for the beauty and wellness industry is a plus
