As a Data Analyst at Thesalonhype you will play a crucial role in helping our company make data-driven decisions. You will be responsible for collecting analyzing and interpreting large sets of data to identify trends and insights that will drive business growth. Your findings and recommendations will directly impact our marketing sales and operational strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

- Collect clean and organize large sets of data from various sources

- Analyze data to identify patterns trends and correlations

- Develop and maintain data models and databases

- Create visualizations and reports to communicate data insights to stakeholders

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business needs and provide data-driven solutions

- Identify opportunities for process improvement and automation

- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in data analysis

Requirements:

- Bachelors degree in Mathematics Statistics Computer Science or a related field

- Proven experience as a Data Analyst or in a similar role

- Proficient in SQL and data visualization tools (e.g. Tableau Power BI)

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

- Attention to detail and ability to work with large datasets

- Excellent communication and collaboration skills

- Knowledge of programming languages (e.g. Python R) is a plus

- Experience in the beauty or wellness industry is a plus
