Position Overview:

We are looking for a highly skilled Data Analyst to join our team on a full-time basis. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in data analysis a keen eye for detail and a passion for using data to drive business decisions. The Data Analyst will be responsible for collecting organizing and analyzing data to provide valuable insights and recommendations to our company.

Key Responsibilities:

- Collect and analyze large datasets from various sources to identify trends patterns and insights

- Develop and maintain databases data models and reporting systems

- Use data visualization tools to create meaningful and informative reports and dashboards

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business needs and provide data-driven solutions

- Identify areas for improvement and make recommendations to optimize processes and procedures

- Communicate complex data findings in a clear and concise manner to non-technical stakeholders

- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in data analysis and reporting

Qualifications:

- Bachelors degree in Data Science Statistics Mathematics or a related field

- 2 years of experience in data analysis preferably in a business or marketing setting

- Advanced proficiency in SQL and Excel with experience in data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to think critically and creatively

- Excellent communication and presentation skills

- Ability to work independently and in a team environment

- Knowledge of the beauty industry is a plus
