Overview
We are currently hiring Travel Concierge to assist clients with planning and booking customized vacations. This is a fully remote opportunity with flexible scheduling and training provided.
If you enjoy helping others staying organized and working independently this may be a great fit.
No prior travel industry experience required.
Key Responsibilities

Assist clients with vacation planning including flights hotels cruises tours and excursions

Research and confirm reservation options using approved systems

Provide destination recommendations based on client preferences and budgets

Communicate professionally via phone email and online platforms

Coordinate bookings confirmations and itinerary updates

Maintain accurate client records and booking details
Qualifications

Strong communication and customer service skills

Detail-oriented with good organizational abilities

Comfortable working independently in a remote setting

Basic computer skills and reliable internet access

Must be 18 years old

Must reside in the U.S. U.K. or another eligible regions
