Position Overview
We are seeking motivated and detail-oriented individuals to join our team as Travel Experience this role you will assist clients with researching planning and booking customized travel experiencesfrom tropical beach escapes to international adventuresall within a flexible remote work environment.
This opportunity is ideal for individuals who enjoy helping others have strong communication skills and are interested in building a rewarding career in the travel industry. Comprehensive training and ongoing support are provided and no prior travel experience is required.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist clients with end-to-end vacation planning including flights accommodations cruises tours and excursions
Provide destination expertise personalized recommendations and professional travel guidance

Communicate clearly and professionally with clients via phone email and online platforms

Build and maintain strong client relationships to encourage repeat and referral business

Stay current on travel trends promotions and supplier offerings

Coordinate bookings confirmations and itinerary updates with travel partners

Maintain accurate client profiles booking details and documentation
Qualifications

Passion for travel and creating meaningful client experiences

Strong communication and customer service skills

Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote setting

Basic computer proficiency and comfort with internet-based systems

Must be at least 18 years of age

Must reside in the U.S. U.K. or another eligible region

No prior travel industry experience required; training and certification are provided
