We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Data Analyst to join our team. As a Data Analyst you will be responsible for collecting analyzing and interpreting large amounts of data to help drive business decisions. You will work closely with various departments to identify trends patterns and insights that will inform our strategies and improve our overall performance.

Responsibilities:

- Collect organize and analyze large datasets from various sources

- Develop and maintain data models and databases

- Identify trends and patterns in data and provide insights and recommendations to improve business performance

- Create reports and visualizations to effectively communicate data findings to stakeholders

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business needs and provide data-driven solutions

- Continuously monitor and improve data quality and integrity

- Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in data analysis and reporting

- Assist in the development and implementation of data-related processes and procedures

Requirements:

- Bachelors degree in Data Science Mathematics Statistics Computer Science or a related field

- 2 years of experience in data analysis preferably in a business or marketing setting

- Proficiency in SQL and data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

- Experience with statistical analysis and data modeling

- Excellent communication and collaboration skills

- Attention to detail and ability to work with large datasets

- Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment

- Knowledge of the beauty and wellness industry is a plus
