Job Summary

Are you a Physical Therapist in Central PA looking for a flexible high-earning opportunity Our client is seeking Full-Time Physical Therapists to cover key territories in Dauphin Lebanon and Lancaster Counties.

You will serve as a primary clinical lead in the home helping patients recover from joint replacements cardiac events and mobility-limiting illnesses.

Key Responsibilities

Diagnostic Evaluations: Perform initial OASIS assessments to establish functional baselines and safety requirements.
Home Rehabilitation: Deliver one-on-one physical therapy sessions focused on gait training strength building and transfer safety.
Clinical Collaboration: Work directly with local Physicians and the agencys nursing team to adjust care plans based on real-time patient progress.
Safety & Prevention: Identify environmental hazards in the home and recommend modifications or assistive technology.
Mobile Documentation: Complete electronic charting at the point of care to ensure seamless communication and regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

Licensure: Active unencumbered Physical Therapist (PT) license in the state of Pennsylvania.
Education: Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program.
Experience: 1 year of clinical experience is required; prior Home Health or Acute Rehab experience is highly preferred.
OASIS Knowledge: Familiarity with OASIS-E documentation is a significant advantage.
Logistics: Valid PA drivers license reliable vehicle and active auto insurance.
