Are you a Physical Therapist in Central PA looking for a flexible high-earning opportunity Our client is seeking Full-Time Physical Therapists to cover key territories in Dauphin Lebanon and Lancaster Counties.
You will serve as a primary clinical lead in the home helping patients recover from joint replacements cardiac events and mobility-limiting illnesses.
Key Responsibilities
- Diagnostic Evaluations: Perform initial OASIS assessments to establish functional baselines and safety requirements.
- Home Rehabilitation: Deliver one-on-one physical therapy sessions focused on gait training strength building and transfer safety.
- Clinical Collaboration: Work directly with local Physicians and the agencys nursing team to adjust care plans based on real-time patient progress.
- Safety & Prevention: Identify environmental hazards in the home and recommend modifications or assistive technology.
- Mobile Documentation: Complete electronic charting at the point of care to ensure seamless communication and regulatory compliance.
Qualifications
- Licensure: Active unencumbered Physical Therapist (PT) license in the state of Pennsylvania.
- Education: Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program.
- Experience: 1 year of clinical experience is required; prior Home Health or Acute Rehab experience is highly preferred.
- OASIS Knowledge: Familiarity with OASIS-E documentation is a significant advantage.
- Logistics: Valid PA drivers license reliable vehicle and active auto insurance.
