The Role: Senior Software Engineer
As a Senior Software Engineer you will play a key role in shaping core product and engineering decisions. Youll work closely with leadership and contribute directly to solving complex technical and product challenges including:

Optimizing the ranking and relevance of search results

Expanding search capabilities through new filters and data sources

Improving early user experience and product onboarding

Designing and delivering end-to-end product features many powered by LLMs
Recent projects include fine-tuning models to extract meaningful insights from profiles and building feedback loops to continuously improve search quality.

About You
