Schedule: MondayFriday 7:30 AM 4:30 PM
Status: Contract Assignment (8 weeks) with potential extension or full-time conversion
Location: Southeast Georgia (Onsite)

Position Overview
Were seeking a Front Desk Coordinator to serve as the first point of contact within a Human Resources department. This role is ideal for someone who is professional organized and thrives in a fast-paced people-focused environment. Youll play a key role in creating a positive experience for employees new hires and visitors while supporting essential HR and onboarding functions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Greet and assist employees candidates and visitors in a professional and welcoming manner

  • Manage the HR front desk and maintain an organized presentable workspace

  • Answer and route incoming calls and emails appropriately

  • Support new-hire onboarding and orientation including:

    • Coordinating new-hire check-in

    • Collecting onboarding paperwork

    • Taking and printing employee badge photos

    • Issuing parking decals name tags and related materials

  • Maintain accurate logs and records related to onboarding and front desk activity

  • Provide general administrative support (copying scanning filing data entry)

  • Assist with scheduling appointments and preparing materials for orientation sessions

  • Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate degree preferred

  • 12 years of experience in a front desk receptionist or administrative support role
    (healthcare or HR experience preferred)

  • Strong customer service and communication skills

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word Excel and Outlook

  • Ability to multitask prioritize and stay detail-oriented in a busy environment

  • Professional demeanor dependable and punctual
