Position Overview
Were seeking a Front Desk Coordinator to serve as the first point of contact within a Human Resources department. This role is ideal for someone who is professional organized and thrives in a fast-paced people-focused environment. Youll play a key role in creating a positive experience for employees new hires and visitors while supporting essential HR and onboarding functions.
Key Responsibilities

Greet and assist employees candidates and visitors in a professional and welcoming manner

Manage the HR front desk and maintain an organized presentable workspace

Answer and route incoming calls and emails appropriately

Support new-hire onboarding and orientation including:
-
Coordinating new-hire check-in
-
Collecting onboarding paperwork
-
Taking and printing employee badge photos
-
Issuing parking decals name tags and related materials
-
Maintain accurate logs and records related to onboarding and front desk activity
-
Provide general administrative support (copying scanning filing data entry)
-
Assist with scheduling appointments and preparing materials for orientation sessions
-
Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism
Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent required; associate degree preferred
-
12 years of experience in a front desk receptionist or administrative support role
(healthcare or HR experience preferred)

Strong customer service and communication skills
-
Proficiency in Microsoft Word Excel and Outlook

Ability to multitask prioritize and stay detail-oriented in a busy environment

Professional demeanor dependable and punctual
