Job Summary
Reliable CDL-A drivers needed for OTR routes in the Southeast and Midwest. Features consistent miles 100% no-touch freight and home every two weeks. Open to experienced drivers and trainees/recent grads with paid mentor training.
Compensation
- Avg $1350$1450/week
- $0.55$0.65 CPM experience based
- Mileage : 2200-2500 weekly
- First-year potential: $75000$95000 with accessorials
- Weekly direct deposit
- Paid orientation: $300 on first check
Home Time & Routes
- Home every two weeks
- Predictable Southeast/Midwest lanes
- No forced dispatch on home time
Key Responsibilities
- Safely haul temperature-controlled freight
- Complete inspections ELD logs and reefer monitoring
- Follow FMCSA/DOT rules and company safety standards
- Communicate with dispatch and teams

Trainee Program

Requirements
- Valid Class A CDL
- 21 years old
- Experienced: 6 months verifiable tractor-trailer
- Trainees: Recent grads/limited exp OK
- Pass DOT drug screen/physical clean MVR
