About You
Youre a senior fullstack engineer who thrives in modern fastmoving environments and wants meaningful ownership from day one. You break down user problems with curiosity ask the right questions and deliver endtoend solutions across a TypeScript stackfrom data models and REST APIs (with CQRS/eventdriven patterns) to clean intuitive UI polish. Youre comfortable guiding architectural decisions strengthening security and reliability in highstakes domains and contributing to a thoughtful healthy engineering culture. Youre also curious about emerging AI technologies and use them to explore ideas prototype efficiently and elevate your daily workflow.
Required Skills
- Proventrack recordof professional software development experience.
- Expertlevel TypeScript/JavaScript across frontend and backend.
- Strong experience with or similar frameworks.
- Backend experience with REST API design and eventdriven patterns.
- Deep PostgreSQLexpertise including query design and performance tuning.
- Familiarity with distributed systems or asynchronous job processing.
- Experience with Docker CI/CD pipelines and cloud platforms (AWS preferred).
- Interest in or experience with offlinefirst or localfirst architectures.
- Handson use of AI tools in real development workflows.
- Comfortoperatingautonomously in fastmoving ambiguityheavy environments.
- Pragmatic iterative approach to shipping and refining software.
- Growthoriented mindset and openness to new tools and patterns.
Nice to Have
- Experience withPowerSyncElectricSQLPouchDB or similar sync technologies.
- Exposure toLangChainLangGraph or AIagent orchestration frameworks.
- Familiarity withKeycloak OAuth SAML or enterprise authentication systems.

Work Location
- This is a hybrid role (23 days onsite per week) designed for collaborative inperson work.
- Candidates must be based near Guadalajara MXand able to travel to theoffice regularly.
